Gallery

These images show the current development version of OpenRocket (26.xx-SNAPSHOT). The rockets are rendered directly by OpenRocket’s Photo Studio, using the designs’ own geometry, colors, and decals.

Rocket designs

Atemis scale model with an orange core, two white boosters, and detailed decals.

Atemis, from the supplied Atemis Original.ork design by Luis Ignoto Ledo. Its design notes credit a Kmobrain model as the basis for the modified upper and motor sections.

Vortikon with white and gold decoration, pods, and elaborate fins.

Vortikon, from the supplied vortikon-reset.ork design.

An unfinished rocket with two parallel boosters and visible wood-grain fins.

The bundled Parallel booster staging example. Open it from File ‣ Open example to explore the component arrangement and staging settings.

A yellow rocket with a black nose cone and six tube fins.

Interface themes

The same Three stage low power rocket example is shown in Light, Dark, and Dark High Contrast. The automatic theme setting chooses an appearance based on the operating system.

The OpenRocket design workspace cycling through Light, Dark, and Dark High Contrast, holding each theme for 2.6 seconds.

Compare all three themes without changing the rocket or window layout.

For static previews and the theme setting, see Preferences.
